Double Comedian’s Choice Award nominee Ozzy Algar is a comedian, writer, actor and storyteller. Their debut Speed Queen was one of the best reviewed comedy shows at the Edinburgh Fringe 2025 (British Comedy Guide), and won Best Show at The Courtyard of Curiosities at Adelaide Fringe 2026. Set in the last launderette on the Isle of Wight, the show blended dark comedy with folktales, myths and hidden histories, establishing Ozzy as a distinctive new voice.
