Painter, poet, and musician Joanne Robertson makes music that sounds and feels “like following a wraithlike presence through a misty forest”. The Blackpool artist and Slade School of Art graduate released her sixth album Blurrr last September, an improvisatory work informed by the likes of Grouper, Sinéad O’Connor, and Dean Blunt — an uncanny sonic world to get lost in.
