It gives us great pleasure to announce that the six finalists in this year’s Green Man Rising are The Boy I Used to Be, The Carraways, Girl Ray, HUNCK, Kidsmoke and Seazoo!
These 6 finalists now go on to play the Rising Final at iconic music venue the Dublin Castle in Camden Town, on Wednesday 1st July.
They will perform in front of music industry panel including Phil Alexander (Mojo), Molly O’Brien (Beggars Banquet Publishing), Michael McClatchey (Moshi Moshi), Claire Reilly (The Agency Group), Jack Shankly (Domino Records) and Green Man's Ben Coleman. The winning act will open our glorious Mountain Stage at our now-sold-out Green Man 2015, performing in front of a potential 10,000 people and on the same bill as Hot Chip, Super Furry Animals and St Vincent!

These six acts were hand-picked from over 800 artists by a select group of our favourite tastemakers, blogs and music websites including CMJ Music Marathon, SXSW, The 405, Gold Flake Paint, Too Many Blogs, Dots and Dashes, Shiny Shiny New, Folk Radio, A Sound Reaction, Mahogany and Mad Mackerel. A huge thank you to everyone on our panel for their help!
