Shale cut their teeth on the Welsh music scene, four Cardiff teens transforming their love of The Cure, LCD Soundsystem, DMA’s, The Smiths, and The Beatles into their own blend of jangly indie rock. They released their self-titled debut EP this spring and — though they’re just a year into their life as a band — made it to the Green Man Rising final.
