Its name inspired by a chance conversation with Adam Curtis, Sorry’s latest album Cosplay came out last year, an eccentric frolic unrestrained by genre. The north London band emerged from the south London Windmill scene and released their debut album in 2020: since then they’ve stuck to their off-kilter, left-field tendencies, cosplaying everything from club music to folk to rock, to warped and distinctive extremes.
