All bite and vigour, south London post-punk stalwarts Shame released their fourth album Cutthroat last year, and it’s as confrontational, souped-up, and supercharged as its name promises. Since their 2018 debut album Songs Of Praise they’ve taken aim at society’s most ridiculous figures, lampooning politicians and protein shake drinkers, always having fun along the way, and showing no sign of slowing down.
