Bristol duo Getdown Services described their last Green Man appearance, back in 2024, as “the best gig we’ve ever had”. They call themselves “Britain’s Best Band”, describe their music as “a British ham sandwich” (really it’s somewhere between disco, power rock, and electronic pop), skewer celebrity chefs and greedy landlords, salute the beauty of a Wispa Gold, and named their 2023 debut album Crisps. What a way to let off steam!
