You wouldn’t necessarily look to post-punk for queer expression, but then Model/Actriz have never been interested in doing things by the book. The US rock band prove that queerness and post-punk marry together excellently — on last year’s debut album Dogsbody, and on stage, where their deeply energetic, physical music accesses a whole new level of writhing charisma.
