LA musician Phil Pirrone and a revolving cast of collaborators have purveyed their experimental, psychedelic sound since 2011. Phil’s no stranger to a festival — he’s also the founder of US extravaganza Desert Daze — but when he’s not organising festivals in southern California, he’s releasing songs that sound “like a flower dancing on the sand under a Sao Paolo sun”.
