Texan-born, LA-based singer songwriter Jess Williamson brings her country-folk sorcery to the Welsh mountains this summer. She’s also one half of Plains with Katie Crutchfield of Waxahatchee, but released her fifth solo album Time Ain’t Accidental last year, on which she matched a strong-voiced carnal twang and vulnerable emotion to huge pop hooks and iPhone drum machines, amid a tangle of prairies, oceans, highways, smoke, sex, and dancing.
