“Alt-country nobodies” Brown Horse set free their first album Reservoir early this year: a highly collaborative effort from the Norfolk six-piece. Their swirl of seventies folk and nineties alt-rock — think The Band, Silver Jews, Lucinda Williams, and a little bit of Big Thief — has earned acclaim for its “extraordinary emotional heft”. They saddle up and head for the Welsh mountains this summer.
