Applications for traders are now open.  We are currently taking applications for Food, Non-Food and Charity/Not For Profit Stalls.  Therapists' applications will be open soon, therapists with further enquiries should email natureandnurture@greenman.net.

As always we are looking for high quality original stalls that sell unique and original products or delicicous, interesting and sustainable food.  All stalls should look fantastic and strictly comply with all current UK health and safety and hygiene regulations.

We ask you to upload quite a lot of information as part of this application, please ensure that you have this to hand as you cannot come back to your application form later.  Documents we require include: Insurance Certificate, PAT Certificates (if using electricity), Gas Safe Certificate (if using LPG), Fire Retardant Certificate (if you stall is a marquee), Hazard Analysis (food stalls only) a Menu or Pricelist and Photos and Pictures of your stall.

If you are doing a food stall application we also ask you about the provenance of your meat and fish, your packaging and which Fairtrade products you use.  We also ask you to complete our Food and Safety Checklist and Fire Risk Assesment.
