Hello, thank you for taking an interest in working on the bars at the Green Man Festival this year. We pride ourselves at the Green Man in constantly trying to provide the best possible service to our customers, and to do that requires the best possible staff.

Working on the bars at the festival is a hard, tiring, full on job, but one that is also amazingly rewarding in regards to your interaction with the audience, the experience you gain, and the friends you make.

Conditions of Work

1. You must be over 18.

2. You must have worked in a bar for more than 1 full year.

3. You must be willing and able to do your allotted role and shifts.

4. You must be willing to have fun.

5. You must be patient, pleasant, and polite

6. You are required to be on site 1 day before the event starts for training and induction. (15th Aug)

7. You MUST bring all relevant and agreed documents with you to the event site.

8. All laws in regards to Health & Safety, Trading Standards, W&M and Licensing apply.

9. Access to or your own Skype account.

Relevant Points

1. You will be required to complete a minimum of 21 hours and a maximum of 40 hours.

2. Shifts are between 7-9 hours long and opening hours are 11am to 5am.

3. You must be flexible as to where you work.

4. This is a paid position and you will be paid once you have completed all your shifts.

5. Be aware that the failure to complete your allotted shifts (without a valid reason) will mean an immediate deduction of the value of an Adult Ticket (£145) from your wages.
