We actively encourage applications from D/deaf and disabled people, and will make necessary adjustments to support your work and experience at the festival.
As a member of the bar staff at Green Man you are at the very heart of the festival. Working in one of the nine bars on site, this is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy festival environment whilst making some new pals along the way.
To apply to be bar staff at Green Man you must be 18 or over and need a minimum of 6 months' bar experience. At the festival you’re required to work a minimum of 22 hours across four days and will be paid an hourly rate.
We have three types of volunteers: stewards, accessibility, and litter. All places to volunteer at this year's festival are full you can sign up to be in our reserve list at gmfe.st/reserve.
