Yep, it's bloody annoying but I have no doubt Wang is the same person in another guise. I have a feeling 'it' didn't like us taking the piss, with this spam deluge the result.
What to do? I dunno, perhaps Green Man can try to find this thing's USP and block 'it' from creating new accounts. But how easy that is to carry out in practice I couldn't say...
