Yes, all cars need them from this year. It's also more expensive on the day so worth getting in advance. It doesn't say how much on the day, just 'more on the door', but I'm guessing it would be something like £10 on the day if it's £5 in advance (which I think it was before if you had to pay?). From here - http://greenman.net/info/travel-car-and-live-vehicle
I just hope that this year the car park is better staffed on the Monday. Last year it took us something like two hours to get home and we only live near Brecon - an hour and a half of that was spent trying to get out of the car park. Admittedly we were late getting away and it was around noon, but still.
Hi, I was quite surprised to find out about this charge for the family car park. I booked my tickets as usual and nothing was said on the phone about car parking prices. Now, if I go back to ticketline, the car park is £5, no special problem with this idea, but the postage is another £6.25 (amazingly expensive anyway, as we didn't sign for the tickets or anything), so it will be another £11.25 when the car parking ticket could have been sent out with the rest of the tickets. This sounds like a very un-green man (this will be my fifth festival by the way) rip off. Or have I missed something here?
Please give the Ticketline customer service team a call on 0844 888 4420 or email customerservices@ticketline.co.uk and they'll be able to sort this out for you
If you havent been sent your tickets yet you wont need to pay the extra postage - just give Ticketline a shout on the number or email address above and add one to your order. But if you have already been sent your tickets then I'm afraid you'll need to pay postage yes.
I must admit even though i read through the information and noticed this new edition ticket, im disappointed because it now means that people will probably come in more cars, instead of having the incentive to share. There has always been the 4 of us for the 5 GMs we have been, so we've never paid, and i dont begrudge paying the £5 for parking or the £5 for the kids, but i think the car ticket sends the wrong message.
Sorry but this seems to be totally unfair asmay tickets have already arrived so are you saying that because we bought them quickly we will have to pay another postage cost?
I was surprised about this too. I cannot imagine a car park to have a ticket. It's so hard to purchase a vehicle plus this car park stuffs, this is so irritating! When I was about to have my first car, I knew I needed a Honda when I decided to get a new car. Honda sells some of the most popular vehicles in the world. They are really reliable and I trust the brand a lot. That means all I had left to do was to pick out an automobile. I went to a dealership in Austin to do this. The dealer was able to help me figure out exactly which automobiles would work best for me. I used Austin TX Honda to find a car dealership.
If you're in need of a car park ticket but didn't book one when you booked your festival tickets please email us at info@greenman.net and we'll get that sorted out for you.
