I'm worried I've misunderstood the instructions for resident tickets and made a big (and expensive) mistake. I'm an NP8 resident and live just down the road from Glanusk Estate, so I bought myself a resident ticket for Sunday, no problems there. But then my brother and his wife who will be visiting that weekend said they'd like to come too, so I bought another 2 tickets. Can they use the tickets and enter with me, or will there be a problem because they don't have photo ID with an NP8 address? Please help! I can't find a contact number to call. I can't cope with losing £110 if they can't use their tickets!!!!

Why would you do that?
Why would you do that?
its so clear that its only for residents surely the name is a give away..
Hi Emily,
Hi Emily,
Resident day tickets are for those living within the NP8 postcode and they need to have proof of their address when they arrive at the festival. We don't sell day tickets to lessen the impact of traffic to the festival. It's very clear on the website so unfortunately they will not be able to attend with a resident ticket. They can upgrade to a full weekend pass.

Resident ticket?
Hi, I'm a resident of the NP8 area and was wondering if anyone knew if there were any resident tickets left for the saturday to buy at the site or if anyone was willing to sell one to me?? Thanks.
