Selling/Buying Tickets On The Forum

Forums:

Hi Guys,

Due to some very naughty people committing fraud on our forum in previous years, you will NOT be allowed to sell or buy tickets via our website. We apologies for the inconvenience this may cause, but we do this for your own safety.

We would recommend that anyone wanting to sell or buy second-hand tickets should do so through our reliable associates at Scarlet Music or The Ticket Trust .

In other news, the sun is shining!!

Hope everyone has a great day,

Walter

Hey

We're just in the process of sorting this out so you will be able to list GM tickets on the Ticket Trust and others mentioned - I'll give you the head's up when it's done

Sorry for the delay on that!

Will it just be festival tickets that are available on these sites?  I'm after a live-in vehicle pass rather than tickets as my son is disabled, can you recommend a way to try and locate one?

locolomo - the listings for the other festivals on there have all categories of tickets including live-in vehicle so I'm sure it will be the same for Green Man.

The live-in vehicle tickets were in desperately short supply last year as the overall number of them available was reduced significantly. It's back up to previous levels again this year so you should have a good chance of picking one up if you keep an eye on the sites.

Best of luck in doing so.

Hi

I'm also looking for a van pass. nothing available on scarlet music or ticket trust. are they the only sites to use? (i'm new to all this).

thanks

We're in East Sussex - Brighton/Hove way. Do you have a live-in pass to sell?

Anna

hi everyone,

just to let you know I have put 1 adult ticket 1 studant ticket and a live in vehicle ticket on ticket trust as we can no longer go to greenman

Did you post them your tickets? I am wondering wether to sell there or on ebay. I dont think the festival is sold out yet, so I cant imagine people looking on ticket trust, however if I list them on ebay at a reduced price I may sell them ?

What do people think?

Hello,
I bought a student ticket because I'm a student but now may be unable to get an NUS card on time. Is there any other way of proving I'm a student, or perhaps swapping my ticket for an adult one and paying the difference either on line or at the box office when I get there?
Hope you can help!
Rose

I have a holiday ticket and a parking ticket for sale as I can't go down early. I don't want full price for it so Ticket Trust seems a little pointless.

Anyone have an idea?

Hi Boyciesdog,

Thanks for your message. We can now confirm that holiday tickets are sold out so it's likely that if you will get full price for it if you list yours on one of the above websites. We have had several people emailing us about how to get hold of such tickets and we have been directing them to these websites.

Hope this helps.

All the best

Walter xx

Hi Boyciesdog

Do you still have the tickets available/are they advertised anywhere? I got my partner tickets for his birthday, for the family to go, I've got a holiday ticket and livein vehicle ticket, but have just realised that the holiday tickets are per person rather than per vehicle! So we are now in need of another! I'd be grateful if you could let me know whether the tickets are still available.

Many thanks

Hi everyone,

I was really looking forward to my first time at Green Man this year but a lot of uni work has meant that I can't go :( However, I've put my ticket for sale on the ticket trust for anyone who is looking for a student ticket?

I'm a bit worried though as there doesn't seem to be many tickets on the site and few of them are selling, is this normal? I'm a bit concerned that I won't be able to sell them. Any help, Boyciesdog?

Many thanks xx

Hi all,

Just to say I've put my live-in ticket up on flee-bay. Currently it's going for .99 + 2.50 postage, so if you want a bargan get on there. There's no reserve as I can't use it due to a missing motorhome.

Hi all, I have just listed some tickets on the Ticket Trust site; I am selling 2 adult tickets, 2 child tickets and one live-in vehicle ticket.  Fingers crossed someone can use them!

It's surely too late now to sell a ticket through the Ticket Trust, isn't it? No time to post it to them and for them to post it back out.

Any ideas?

Hi all, I'm selling a student ticket via Scarlet Mist site as I sadly have to pull out of Green Man due to a pressing dissertation. You can collect from Hackney or Central London. So step right up and help us out!

Hi - is the rain likely to cause any problems getting live-in vans on/off the site? Don't want a repeat of a bad experience last month (involving trolley jacks and building a ply sheet roadway)

Green Man will ensure that tow outs are provided if necessary - it may just take a while to get around everyone.

Just don't fall for any money-grabbing local tractor owners who turn up asking to be paid to tow you out. They have no right to be there and no insurance cover if they cause any damage.
