An Ecuadorean cave inspired much of Jon Hopkins’ last album, 2021’s Music For Psychedelic Therapy, a work of introspective, honest beauty. The electronic pioneer, producer, and classically-trained composer has collaborated with giants like Brian Eno, composed film scores, been nominated for a Grammy, the Mercury and Ivor Novello and is lauded for his transcendental music that takes in everything from techno to piano and “marries the dancefloor to the devotional”. Live, he’s played stages across the globe, from Sydney Opera House to the Royal Albert Hall, and his return to Green Man promises to be one colossal headline set.
