Fluidity Freerun are a professional parkour/freerunning group based in Cardiff. With over 5 years of experience, the group have travelled the world with media work, coaching and performances. They have been involved with Britain’s Got Talent 2010, had members represent the UK in Red Bulls Art of Motion, as well as working numerous other festivals the last 2 years. Their shows will involve a showcase of skills, demonstrations as well as some insane challenges! And once the bugs bit you, you are all welcome to come try out some free workshops in the sun by our qualified coaches !
