Far removed from the crowd, Chailo Sim have carved a distinctive sound from the remote coastal setting of west Wales to become a band that other musicians love to have in their collection. Their self-released album 'Replete' has gained some respectable attention already; with fans in the shape of folk-aficionados Fleet Foxes, plus Sam Beam from Iron and Wine giving heartfelt support following last year's live shows together.
This year's emerging material shows the anticipated shape of things to come - the energy and emotion wrapped up in the music can make for some fairly cinematic moments when heard in a live setting, with the band and their listeners enjoying the unfolding experience together in equal measures.
